Qualifications:

Expertise in modeling process flows, data relationships, and event sequencing.
Proficiency in understanding code logic and constructing complex data queries.
Advanced knowledge of business and data analysis, business processes, and applications.
Strong proficiency with key tools: JIRA, Confluence, Alteryx, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, business-readable presentations to articulate progress and address issues/risks.
Capability to enhance existing data flows for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Skilled in authoring clear and precise documentation to support program needs and ensure future auditability.
Strong interpersonal and partnership skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers and clients.
Logical and clear communicator, able to take direction from program leads and stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the APAC region.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with English fluency at an international business standard.
