Job Summary

We seek a responsible Admin Cum Accounts Executive to independently manage daily administrative, accounting, and HR operations, ensuring accurate documentation, financial processing, and compliance to support business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Prepare shipment orders and packing lists to support timely delivery of products
Generate purchase orders and delivery orders for suppliers to maintain procurement accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for company records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Monitor and replenish office supplies and operational resources to avoid disruptions
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions to maintain accurate financial records
Enter invoice, receipt, and expense data into accounting systems to support financial tracking
Reconcile bank statements and monitor receipts and payments to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain accounting records using MYOB software to support financial reporting
Coordinate with external accountants for the preparation of the Annual Report to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Manage HR functions including payroll processing, IR8A (AIS) submissions, and CPF contributions to ensure regulatory compliance
