You will lead financial and controlling activities across the expanding Southeast Asia and Oceania markets, enjoying a flexible 4.5-day work week and a hybrid model with 2 days in the office.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of regional asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and reporting.
Manage the construction-in-progress portfolio to ensure timely and accurate transfers upon project finalization.
Lead the monthly financial close process by overseeing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance assessments.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors to facilitate seamless statutory audit completions.
Utilize advanced technology and automation tools to identify and implement operational workflow efficiencies.

skills and experience required.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in an accounting function, preferably within a global multinational firm.
Advanced proficiency in standard office productivity software and exposure to tier-1 financial systems.
Familiarity with modern automation tools or AI-driven processes to enhance financial accuracy.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
