Presico Engineering Pte Ltd is an engineering services company (Mechanical &Electrical company) specializing in project execution and technical solutions within the construction industry.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Accounts Assistant & Project Administrator to support our finance and project teams, ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

Project Admin(Est. 30%)

. Provide administrative support for project documentation and coordination

. Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated timelines.

. Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing, and maintain proper documentation for compliance and internal records

. Liaise with stakeholders including customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project staff to facilitate smooth project operations.

. Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders issued, and handle supplier queries.

. Track project costs and assist with project billing documentation.

Accounting(Est. 70%)

. Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in the accounting system

. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and partial General Ledger (GL) functions.

. Support monthly closing activities and financial documentation.

. Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding payments with suppliers and clients.

. Assist in preparing monthly project cash flow updates.

. Process staff claims in accordance with company HR policies.

. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

. Provide accounting or administrative support for related companies in Singapore and Japan.

. Other Ad-hoc task as assigned by your superior and administrative support and any ad-hoc requirement to the team, management, and related superior.

Requirement sand Information

. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, LCCI, or equivalent.

. 1-3years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.

. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
. Priorexperience in the construction industry will be an advantage but is notmandatory.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

. A self-starter whois able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives anddeadlines independently.

. Self-motivated,resourceful, proactive, responsible hands-on and meticulous, and good properdocument keeping.

. A supportive teamplayer with good communication and collaboration skills - must be able to work with people within andoutside of the accounts & project support department.

. Good analyticalskills and a keen eye for details

. Ability to meet tight deadlines
