Job Summary

Operate and support surface treatment and precision engineering manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficient production flow in a safety-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor e-coating, painting, leak testing, and laser engraving processes according to work instructions and safety standards to maintain product quality
Assist with chemical and bath preparation, perform testing and analysis to support process accuracy and compliance
Conduct in-process inspections and record process parameters to ensure traceability and quality control
Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime and maintain process stability
Maintain accurate records of process parameters and product traceability for quality assurance
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support smooth operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety compliance requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in surface treatment (e-coating/painting) or precision engineering manufacturing
Basic knowledge of chemical mixing, calculations, and analytical testing to support process tasks
Familiarity with coating quality requirements and inspection methods
Holding an N3 license is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts if required
