. Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations.

. Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting and Finance department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

. Review and analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, and highlight key variances.

. Coordinate the annual budgeting exercise and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

. Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational and business requirements.

. Oversee statutory and regulatory matters, including GST submissions, withholding tax, corporate tax returns, statutory audits, and transfer pricing documentation.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, IRAS regulations, and internal group policies.

. Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support informed business and strategic decisions.

. Review and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.

. Support internal audits conducted by the J-SOX team and assist in related compliance initiatives.

. Liaise with external parties including tax agents, auditors, corporate secretaries, and banking partners.

. Guide and support junior finance team members, contributing to their professional development.

. Participate in initiatives to improve business processes, financial systems, and operational efficiency.

. Stay informed of relevant updates in financial regulations and accounting practices.

. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

. Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, and/or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.

. At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.

. Good understanding of Singapore statutory reporting and taxation requirements.

. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial reporting.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

. Experience working with ERP systems familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage.

. Exposure to J-SOX compliance or internal control frameworks preferred
