Accountant (6 months)

• 6 months contract, Salary up to $6,300
• Experience in GL or treasury is a MUST

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile treasury transactions, including bank loans (drawdowns, repayments, and rollovers), interest accruals and payments, interest rate swaps, forward contracts, and foreign exchange valuations.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports to support financial analysis and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management activities.

• Work closely with the Treasury and Finance teams to address operational and reporting matters.

• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation for treasury transactions.

• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

• Support ad-hoc treasury or finance projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with a Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury accounting or financial instruments accounting.

• Strong knowledge of derivatives, foreign exchange valuation, and interest rate products.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
