What You Will Do

As part of development journey, you will rotate across Johnson Controls key products, solutions, and business portfolios. This rotational pathway strengthens your technical foundation, customer engagement skills, and commercial awareness, while giving you a holistic understanding of the built?environment ecosystem. You will gain exposure across:

HVAC
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Fire & Security Solutions
Performance Contracting
Portfolios across the Built Environment, including data centers, government facilities, healthcare institutions, and other critical infrastructure segments

Learn & Build Technical Capability

Participate in a structured onboarding program with dedicated mentors
Explore HVAC, BMS, fire & security, digital solutions, and integrated building technologies
Understand how these systems connect to deliver energy efficiency, sustainability, safety, and smart?building outcomes

Engage with Customers Across Diverse Industries

Shadow sales engineers and managers during customer visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions
Observe how technical concepts are translated into customer value propositions
Gain first?hand insight into industry operations and how Johnson Controls technologies address real business needs

Gain Cross?Functional Exposure

Build a practical understanding of how various teams support the sales and solution lifecycle, including:
