Position : Customer Service/ Admin Assistant (Retail)
Location : Near Jurong East MRT
Working hours : 5 days (Tuesday- Saturday, Weekday :11.30am-8.30pm, Sat: 12.30pm-6.30pm, Monday & Sunday off)
Salary : Up to $2500 + AWS + Performance bonus + 12 Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Handle feedback in the most appropriate manner
General customer service & maintain customer records
Order Processing & inventory management
Arrange delivery to customer
Maintain the general cleanliness of the showroom
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

Product and Market Knowledge (No experience is welcome as training will be provided)
Quality Focus, good problem solving skills
Proficient in MS office - Word and Excel, Outlook WebApp
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Works effectively both independently and as a team player
