You will manage payroll processing, prepare invoices and quotations, and perform data entry for company accounts while working independently and reporting directly to HR.
Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft software to accurately process payroll for workers to ensure timely and correct salary payments
- Prepare invoices and quotations that meet company standards to support billing and sales processes
- Enter financial data into company accounts with attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently without supervision
- Communicate progress and issues directly to HR to support smooth operations
