Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to support and improve business processes across warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations. The role is suitable for those who have hands-on logistics experience and are keen to develop their capabilities in logistics operations and process improvement.

The role requires a practical and flexible approach, including supporting delivery operations when required to ensure continuity of service.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Business Process & Operations

Execute and support established logistics business processes and SOPs
Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards
Identify operational issues and escalate process gaps for improvement
Assist in maintaining and updating logistics documentation and workflows

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch
Assist with inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and housekeeping activities
Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and assist in resolving operational discrepancies

Delivery Operations Support

Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on delivery status
Support delivery documentation, proof of delivery (POD), and system updates
Assist in delivery operations when required, including supporting drivers or performing deliveries as needed

Reporting & Administrative Support

Update systems with accurate operational data
Prepare basic operational and delivery reports
Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth logistics execution

Requirements

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Willingness to perform hands-on operational and delivery support when required
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks when necessary
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Attributes

Experience working in a warehouse or logistics operations environment
Valid Class 3 / 3A driving license
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
