Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to support and improve business processes across warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations. The role is suitable for those who have hands-on logistics experience and are keen to develop their capabilities in logistics operations and process improvement.

The role requires a practical and flexible approach, including supporting delivery operations when required to ensure continuity of service.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Business Process & Operations

• Execute and support established logistics business processes and SOPs

• Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards

• Identify operational issues and escalate process gaps for improvement

• Assist in maintaining and updating logistics documentation and workflows

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch

• Assist with inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and housekeeping activities

• Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and assist in resolving operational discrepancies

Delivery Operations Support

• Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on delivery status

• Support delivery documentation, proof of delivery (POD), and system updates

• Assist in delivery operations when required, including supporting drivers or performing deliveries as needed

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Update systems with accurate operational data

• Prepare basic operational and delivery reports

• Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth logistics execution

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations

• Willingness to perform hands-on operational and delivery support when required

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks when necessary

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics operations environment

• Valid Class 3 / 3A driving license

• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
