Our Clients are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator / Modeller / Manager to join their dynamic teams in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing BIM models for structural, MEP, or architectural projects, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D models for structural, MEP, or architectural projects using BIM software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in model creation.
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within the models to ensure project integrity.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
Assist in the creation of construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
Provide support and training to team members on BIM processes and tools.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of BIM strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
Solid understanding of structural, MEP, or architectural design principles.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to the region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with clash detection software and processes.
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
