Job Description

BIM Modelling for MEP and preparation of CSD
Work closely with BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineers to develop MEP 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration using Revit
Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and (LOD) Level of Development required in the project
Prepares Shop drawings and CSD for Approval
Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
Make sure Consultant & Clients comments are followed and updated to be resubmitted for approval
To amend as per site condition changes
Creating and developing the MEP Family as per the parameter depending on Specialities of Equipment's and materials
To be able to perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer
Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project
In charge of the Clash Detection for A&S and reports

Job Requirements

Degree or Technical Diploma holder in Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or Building.
Well versed in Autocad and Office suite software.
With at least 3-5 years experience in BIM
Certificate for Revit MEP course Certificate or Knowledge in Navisworks
Good communication skill and Team Workmanship
Experience and Familiarity with MEP Services
