Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Specialist of Global Sales & Marketing to join our team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to multinational customer accounts and regional sales initiatives across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia with the following job responsibilities:

Support the management and development of Multinational Corporation (MNC) customer accounts, including preparation and follow-up for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Assist the CSCGSM Singapore team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and potential MNC accounts.
Coordinate with regional sales teams across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia to support joint business development initiatives.
Participate in sales meetings, customer events, and joint sales calls, including overseas engagements when required.
Support RFQ / RFI processes, including coordination with pricing, operations, and regional stakeholders.
Assist in pricing analysis and proposal preparation to support competitive and profitable MNC tenders.
Track sales pipelines, customer activities, and RFQ outcomes using internal systems and tools.
Support the development of vertical industry opportunities in line with the company's business plan.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, pricing) to ensure smooth execution of awarded business.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support sales and account strategies.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, covering air and/or ocean freight (customer servicing, or operations exposure).
Solid understanding of international shipping processes, documentation, and trade lane coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for preparing presentations, pricing summaries, and sales reports.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with global teams and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
