Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Specialist of Global Sales & Marketing to join our team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to multinational customer accounts and regional sales initiatives across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia with the following job responsibilities:

  • Support the management and development of Multinational Corporation (MNC) customer accounts, including preparation and follow-up for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Assist the CSCGSM Singapore team in identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and potential MNC accounts.

  • Coordinate with regional sales teams across Southeast Asia, India, and Australia to support joint business development initiatives.

  • Participate in sales meetings, customer events, and joint sales calls, including overseas engagements when required.

  • Support RFQ / RFI processes, including coordination with pricing, operations, and regional stakeholders.

  • Assist in pricing analysis and proposal preparation to support competitive and profitable MNC tenders.

  • Track sales pipelines, customer activities, and RFQ outcomes using internal systems and tools.

  • Support the development of vertical industry opportunities in line with the company's business plan.

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, pricing) to ensure smooth execution of awarded business.

  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support sales and account strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, covering air and/or ocean freight (customer servicing, or operations exposure).

  • Solid understanding of international shipping processes, documentation, and trade lane coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for preparing presentations, pricing summaries, and sales reports.

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with global teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
