Job Scope:

Support the Compensation and Payroll Manager in driving compensation initiatives and managing payroll operations.
Oversee payroll validation for institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary payments, annual bonuses, and adjustments related to increments and promotions.
Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to implement compensation programmes across company Corporate Office.
Contribute to the implementation of the Manpower Planning Budget System (MPBS) and automation of the inter-company billing (ICB) process.
Collaborate with payroll partners and system owners to address policy or system-related issues.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience managing compensation or payroll functions in an organisation with more than 1000 employees.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
