Designation Sales Manager (US Market Technical/IT Services)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the US market.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the target industries.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closure.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with market demand.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, meet client expectations, and maintain a competitive edge.
Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and manage the pipeline
Represent the company at US-based industry events, client meetings, and conferences to build visibility and trust.
Ensure high client satisfaction, account retention, and growth through proactive communication and service excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
2+ years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on the US market and IT services is a must.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas
Strong grasp of US business culture, sales practices, procurement processes, and compliance regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Prior experience in Technical/IT Services sales is essential
Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
A high level of ownership, accountability, and goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Deep understanding of the IT services domain, including iOS and Android applications, Custom Web and App applications, Artificial Intelligence, APIs, and more.
Familiarity with US compliance frameworks and procurement procedures
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and maintain engaging conversations with clients
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
Comfortable working across different time zones with a flexible schedule when required
