????Patient Service Associate

Contract (2 Years, Renewable/Convertible)

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join us as Patient Service Associates. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities (depending on department assigned)

Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Provide financial counselling and assist patients/next-of-kin with enquiries.
Support daily ward/clinic operations and ensure service readiness.
Assist doctors and nurses with chaperone duties and consultation documents.
Maintain proper patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Provide administrative support for departmental operations and events.
Ensure smooth patient journey and deliver excellent customer service.

Working Hours

5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Rotating or staggered shifts depending on department.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in different clinics/hospital settings as required.

Employment Type

2-year contract (subject to extension or conversion to permanent based on performance).
