RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Laboratory Tests - Perform routine and specialized tests, including chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses.
Sample Preparation and Handling - Collect, label, and prepare samples according to standard procedures and ensure proper storage and handling to prevent contamination or degradation.
Equipment Operation - Handling Analytical Instruments Like, UV-Vis, HACH Meters & other analytical Instruments.
Calibration - Performing Internal Calibrations of the various equipment used in the Lab.
Perform Filters/Blocks testing as per international standards & other customer's protocol.
Document control (SOP's and WI's) and maintenance of logbooks for Analysis.
Inventory and Supplies Management - Monitor lab supplies, reagents, and chemicals., request replenishments and maintain proper storage of Hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with team members, engineers, quality assurance, and other departments.
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years experience in lab environment or lab testing.
Diploma/Certification in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
Theoretical & Technical skills in Analytical Chemistry.
Ability to learn new technology, processes, and systems quickly.
Working knowledge of MS Office & project management platform.
Knowledge & Experience of water filtration systems / industry- an added advantage.
