EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
Lead the Agentic AI team, providing direction on autonomy frameworks, planning loops, and agent capability development.
Define the strategic roadmap for agentic capabilities aligned with business needs and architectural guidelines.
Define architectural blueprints for agent frameworks, planners, memory, orchestration layers, and tool-use systems, which meets architectural criteria for scalability, observability,maintainabilityand security
Ensure agentic components align with the overall AI softwaretech stack, data flows, API standards, and system interfaces.
AlignAgentic AI autonomy capabilities with Foundational AI modelbehaviours, model APIs, whileidentifyingrequirements needed for planning and tool use.
Integrate agentic systems into prototypes and products,together with the various evaluation feedback to improve reliability
Define data logging needs for agent telemetry, reasoning trace, tool calls, and evaluation datasets.
Manage a team ofdata scientists,softwareengineersand tool developers.
Introducestate-of-the-artautonomy methods from research and open-source tooling.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance todata scientists, dataengineersandsoftwaredevelopers.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience inAI/ML engineering, agent systems, or autonomy frameworks.
2+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing AI-driven product development
Strong background in LLM orchestration, planning algorithms, tool-use pipelines, or cognitive architectures.
Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, agileenvironment.
Experience in agentic frameworks, LLM APIs, multimodal model integration, tool-calling
Strong in programming languages such as Python,C++, C#.
Architectural alignment with distributed systems, cloud deployment, and microservices.
Familiarity with runtime monitoring, evaluation tools, and telemetry systems.
Experience in developing and deploying applications running on cloudinfrastructuresuch as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, containerization tools like Dockers.
Strong communicationand leadership abilities, witha track recordof leading successful AI projectswith game studios, while working cross functionally across multiple teams.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
Education & Experience
PhD orMaster's in Computer Science, AI,MachineLearningor related fieldfrom an accredited institution.
Travel Requirements
Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
