We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of enterprise cloud security solutions across regional and global environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Zscaler technologies, Zero Trust architecture, cloud security, and secure network transformation initiatives.
This role will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and application teams to ensure secure access, policy enforcement, and optimal user experience across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and administration of Zscaler solutions including:Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
- Design and implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies to replace or optimize legacy VPN infrastructure
- Configure and manage:Security policiesURL filteringSSL inspectionCloud firewall policiesDLP policiesCASB integrations
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents related to cloud security platforms
- Work closely with network teams on:SD-WAN integrationsProxy architectureTraffic forwarding methodsPAC filesGRE/IPSec tunnels
- Collaborate with security operations teams to enhance threat detection and incident response capabilities
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements aligned with Zero Trust and cloud security best practices
- Support migration projects from traditional VPN/firewall environments to cloud-native security architecture
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and support teams
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
- Engage stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in network security or cybersecurity engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies
- Strong experience with:ZIAZPAProxy technologiesSecure Web Gateway (SWG)Zero Trust Architecture
