ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Interested applicants may apply as a Zouk Club Team (Part-Time) in the following Departments.
.Staff meal and uniform will be provided, part timers are also entitled to Food & Beverage discounts in the outlets
.We welcome applicants with no prior experience as on-the-job training will be provided
Service Crew / Bartender
- Takes and/or processes orders for drinks mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes practices prudent portion control
- Sets up assigned bars requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and glassware
- Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
Security
- Conduct security and bag checks on patrons
- Ensure the premises are secure and watch out for fire or any safety hazards
- Protect and safeguard premises, assets
- Provide customer service to all guests
- .Candidate will be required to own PLRD license
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Possess relevant experience in the entertainment industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses good customer service
- Great team player
.We do walk-in interview every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm at Redtail Bar by Zouk.
