RESPONSIBILITY 1: Define & Implement Dispatch Operational Tactics
MASTER YOUR PORTFOLIO: Partner with ZMP teams to integrate the sport's Commercial Strategy (Top/Key sellers, weather-dependent families, and Platinum/Gold offers) into dispatch planning.
BUSINESS PERSPECTIVES: Align dispatch strategies with current business trends and the sport's Business Plan (BP).
LOGISTIC NETWORK MAPPING: Maintain an up-to-date mapping of the CZ Logistic network to optimize the tactical playground.
IDENTIFY YOUR DISPATCH CLUSTERS: Segment forecast clusters by weather dependency and replenishment clusters by stock tension levels.
DEFINE REPLENISHMENT & FORECAST TACTIC: Co-author replenishment tactics for the full lifecycle (Implantation, Money Time, End-of-Season), defining ramp-up methods and stock coverage levels.
FORECAST PREPARATION: Analyze historical ephemeris and new trends to create and adjust DC forecast seasonality for upcoming seasons.
PENURY STRATEGY: Configure system settings to execute scarcity rules (Gold CARs, E-commerce priority) during peak demand.
RESPONSIBILITY 2: Set Dispatch Replenishment Settings According to Business
ANIMATE DISPATCH SETTINGS: Challenge and validate mandatory seasonal settings, including UOM, IQ, and MM.
REPLENISHMENT BASIC SETTINGS: Manage EDC settings (rounding, coverage, lead times) and perform RAZ (reset) of legacy season parameters.
STOCK DISPATCH MONITORING: Conduct weekly audits of dispatch quality, balancing District sales potential against stock levels.
BUSINESS REPLENISHMENT ADJUSTMENT: Dynamically update settings (Stock protection, DSI, PCB) based on active sales trends.
LOGISTIC ADJUSTMENT: Align replenishment with network constraints, warehouse capacity, and local policy shifts.
STOCK REBALANCING: Execute strategic stock rebalancing flows between DC and EDC as required.
PENURY STRATEGY: Adjust real-time dispatch settings to uphold penury rules during peak periods.
ADJUST AND GUARANTEE THE BEST END OF SEASON: Manage reverse flows and specific parameters to ensure a clean seasonal transition.
RESPONSIBILITY 3: Forecast Up to Date and Reliable
FAST FORECAST ADJUSTMENT: . Monitor and adjust DC forecast levels weekly based on weather, trends, and commercial events.
Lead functional alignment with RDP and Country Sales Managers to synchronize FAST, F&R, and Commercial forecasts.
Proactively alert logistics teams to volume accelerations and ramp-up requirements.
Participate in S&OE meetings and seasonal debriefs.
RESPONSIBILITY 4: Other Roles (Optional)
WW COACHING: Mentor ZDPs in other CZs on best practices, functional training, and routines.
WW DIGITAL PRODUCT DEPLOYMENT: Lead the implementation of FAST or SAC dashboard solutions.
DOMAIN REFERENT: Specialize in a specific domain (e.g., E-commerce, Pool Split) to optimize global settings.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain.
Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP, SAC, AFO, FAST, and F&R.
Core Competencies: Demand Planning, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, and a Continuous Improvement Mindset.
