Zip Blinds Factory Manager

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Blinds Factory Manager and ZipBlinds Factory Manager to lead our blinds production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations and manage production schedules

• Lead the production team to ensure consistent output and quality

• Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time

• Manage raw material inventory, stock control, and production planning

• Improve workflow efficiency, reduce wastage, and maintain productivity standards

• Coordinate with Sales / Operations teams to align on order timelines and installation requirements

• Ensure compliance with factory safety and operational SOPs

Requirements:

• Experience in blinds production preferred (roller blinds / zebra / outdoor zip / venetian / honeycomb etc.)

• Strong leadership, discipline, and people management skills

• Able to manage timelines, quality checks, and production KPI targets

• Strong problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot factory issues quickly

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
