Role:
Site Supervisor (finishing / stone works)
- Salary: $4000 - $5000
- Working Days: 5.5 Days
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat 9am - 1pm
- Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)
Job Scope:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works
- Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
- Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site
- Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines
- Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover
- Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation
- Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites
Requirements:
- Possess Class 3 license
- Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing / stone works
