Project Coordinator
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 + AWS
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Clarke Quay
Responsibilities:
- Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion
- Liaising and coordinating with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of the projects.
- Follow up with relevant internal and external stakeholders on project schedule/ timeline and progress, which includes tracking of project deliverables
- Prepare project status updates and reports
- Creating and Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, andsubmission of reports when necessary.
- Assist the Project team leaders in coordinating and executing priority projects
- Co-ordinate project meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes.
- Scheduling of project meetings
- Required to actively communicate with the clients & internal team members to ensure projects are delivered promptly.
- Performing administrative tasks in support of the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science & Technology, or related fields
- Have relevant experience
- Knowledge of regional & local food-related regulations and industries
