Personal Assistant to Director
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

Location: Japan
Salary: up to JPY 500,000 (JPY 6,000,000 per annum) + Performance Bonus
Job Summary
Responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the Director, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, business correspondence, contract documentation support, and overseas business travel assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and administrative duties.
- Support office administration and maintain business documentation and records.
- Assist in reviewing and coordinating basic business contracts and commercial documents.
- Accompany the Director on business travel, including extended and frequent overseas trips where required (e.g., Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong).
- Support communication and coordination with regional stakeholders, business partners, and external parties.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation bookings, and scheduling.
- Support daily transportation and logistics arrangements for business appointments and related activities.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive support, personal assistant, private secretary, or related administrative roles.
3. Experience in secretarial support, calendar management, and office administration.
4. Knowledge of basic business contracts, commercial documentation, or Economic/Business Law.
