Administrator - Accounting (1-year Contract)
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm
- Location: Elementum (Buona Vista)
- Salary: $3,200 - $3,600 (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- To conduct inventory stock take
- Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
- Bank reconciliation
- Supplier and customer master file maintenance
- Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
- Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance - GCMS banking system
- Invoicing & LC Checking
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
- Assist in month-end closing
- Monetary accounts reconciliation
- Data preparation for survey from government agency
- Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Min 1 year of experience in Account field
