Plan and conduct life skills, behavioural skills, and emotional regulation programmes for students.
Provide group and individual support based on students needs.
Build positive relationships and support students'social and emotional development.
Work closely with the school's Special EducationalNeeds Officer (SENO), teachers, and school counsellor.
Support students Individual Education Plans (IEPs)where applicable.
Maintain session records and prepare progressreports.
Follow the school's child safeguarding policies and report any welfare concerns.
Ensure programmes are tailored to students developmental needs
Requirements
Registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore.
Minimum Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with children or youths with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially those with Intellectual Disability(ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or ADHD.
Knowledge of positive behaviour support and trauma-informed practices is preferred.
