Job Scope:
- Assist in overseeing the operations of smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-18.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme.
- Communicate with vendor's project manager(s) and counsellors, and provide them with necessary information and support
- Handle the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students.
- Assist in coordinating test kit logistics with vendors for the I Quit programme
- Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting.
- Participate in pilot project development as part of the team
- Support additional tasking or coordination work during the contract period
Working Arrangement:
Location: Outram Park
Working Hours: Office Hours (Mondays to Fridays)
Duration: 10 Months
Salary: $2170/Month
Requirements:
- Experience in programme support, in educational or counselling settings, is preferred.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
