We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Ministry Worker to join a church. Working closely with the Youth Pastor, you will play a vital role in discipling and mentoring youths, supporting youth services, and coordinating ministry events that nurture spiritual growth and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Pastoral care: Assist in teaching, mentoring, and small group ministry.
- Event planning: Organize and coordinate youth services, programs, and special events.
- Ministry development: Contribute ideas and provide administrative support to strengthen the youth ministry.
Requirements
- Alignment with values: Committed to the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the ministry.
- Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (theological training preferred).
- Youth ministry experience: Prior involvement in discipling or mentoring young people.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal communication.
- Passion for youth: A heart for serving young people and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
- Weekend availability : Able to serve during weekends, Sundays
