Youth Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities for outdoor adventure learning experiences
• Co-design camp frameworks and challenges with educators, aligned to MOE frameworks and school values
• Collaborate with ops/training teams for logistics, safety, risk management
• Connect outdoor experiences to leadership, resilience, and character outcomes
• Monitor trends in outdoor ed & sustainability for new product ideas
• Drive repeat partnerships through strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Outdoor Education, Sports Science, Business, Communications, or Psychology preferred
• Passion for outdoors & experiential learning
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to link outdoor challenges to growth
• Sales, outdoor facilitation, or client management experience preferred fresh grads welcomed
• Proactive, adaptable, results-driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong networks
• Commission structure applies separately
