A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Head of Young Talent Management SAPMENA, you will design and champion Singapore's Young Talent strategy to attract, recruit, and groom our future leaders.
- Pipeline & Recruitment Excellence: Fuel our talent pipeline by driving high conversion rates across our Intern and Management Trainee programs to secure tomorrow's leadership. You will have end-to-end leadership for our youth programs!
- Strategic Partnerships & Branding: Elevate L'Oréal's employer brand on campus by securing strategic university alliances, co-creating joint initiatives, and driving engagement for our global Brandstorm competition. The all-encompassing Campus Management piece is one of the strategic pillars of this job role.
- Program & Diversity Management: Foster a diverse, inclusive talent pool and build a vibrant, highly engaged Young Talents community that serves as our unique selling proposition.
- Operations & Team Growth: Partner closely with business leaders on strategic talent reviews, ensure operational excellence across recruitment systems, and empower your team's continuous development.
