Position: Coffee Brewer
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Part-time shifts available based on your schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Brew coffee and tea to Ya Kun's signature standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the brewing station
- Support overall outlet operations when needed
- Provide friendly service and assist with basic customer inquiries
- Comply with SFA food safety and hygiene guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for traditional kopi and teh brewing
- Able to work in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Able to start on short notice preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Part-Time: From $9.50 - $12.00/hour
- Full-Time: Up to $2,800/month (includes OT & performance incentives)
