- Partner & Business Development Coordination
- Support account managers in identifying and engaging partners for XSP solutions
- Assist in partner follow-ups, relationship management, and business development activities
- Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, and partner information accuracy
- Coordinate communications between sales, presales, operations, vendors, and partner
- Assist in onboarding and enabling partners for XSP offerings
- XSP Pipeline & Opportunity Development
- Support tracking of XSP sales opportunities and pipeline progression
- Assist in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Conduct market and competitor research for XSP solutions and vendors
- Help consolidate partner feedback, market insights, and business opportunities
- Reporting & Business Operations
- Support sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities for XSP business
- Assist in analyzing sales trends, partner engagement metrics, and business performance
- Prepare dashboards and reports for internal business reviews
- Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives with ISR team
- Marketing & Partner Engagement
- Support XSP campaigns, webinars, workshops, and marketing activities
- Coordinate internal or partner-facing enablement sessions
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, product overviews, and engagement reports
- Track post-event engagement and follow-ups with partners and internal stakeholders
- Support awareness-building initiatives to drive XSP business growth
- Attend vendor enablement and update sessions, and consolidate key updates for internal team sharing
- Continuous Improvement Support
- Assist in developing workflows and documentation for XSP business processes
- Support new business development initiatives and expansion strategies for XSP solutions
Value to Team
- Provide operational and coordination support to accelerate growth and development of the XSP business
- Support driving onboarding or engagement of AWS and AliCloud partners engagement and business development activities
- Improve visibility and tracking of XSP opportunities, reporting, and pipeline management
- Support market research and insight gathering to identify growth opportunities
- Reduce administrative workload for the team, enabling greater focus on strategic business development and partner growth - Zoom
Job Requirements- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration
- Excellent written & verbal skills.
- 0-1 year's experience
- Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
