Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers.
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, prescriptions, and work orders.
- Handle cashiering duties and payment processing.
- Support inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.
- Ensure products are well displayed and the store is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage training will be provided
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
- Able to work on a roster, including weekends and public holidays
