Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA) is a Singapore-based training provider conducting WSQ and non-WSQ programmes across areas such as emergency response, workplace safety, incident management, mental wellness, and food safety.
We are expanding our pool of Associate Trainers / Freelance Trainers to support upcoming public and in-house corporate training runs.

- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3
- Workplace Safety & Health related programmes
- Emergency preparedness / SGSecure-related programmes
- Customer service / workplace communication programmes
- Other WSQ-aligned workplace skills programmes
Scope of Work
The trainer may be required to:
- Conduct WSQ and/or non-WSQ classroom training sessions
- Facilitate practical activities, discussions, and assessments
- Ensure compliance with SSG/WSQ requirements and training standards
- Conduct learner assessments and maintain proper assessment documentation
- Manage class attendance and learner engagement
- Submit required administrative documents after training
- Support course evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct training at SERA training premises or client's premises
Requirements
Applicants should preferably possess:
- ACTA / ACLP certification
- Relevant WSQ Trainer qualification(s)
- Relevant industry experience in the domain being taught
- Experience conducting adult learning programmes
- Familiarity with SSG/WSQ training and assessment requirements
- Strong facilitation and classroom management skills
- Ability to conduct engaging and practical-based sessions
Additional advantages:
- Existing approval as a WSQ trainer with training providers
- Experience conducting corporate in-house training
