Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures across construction sites
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to identify and mitigate safety hazards
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure full compliance with WSH regulations
- Deliver WSH training programmes to upskill the project team and subcontractors
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety systems and processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a WSHO in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to LTA/MRT and building projects
- Strong understanding of workplace safety legislation and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
