Duties and Responsibilities
- Allocate and assign WSH Officers and Coordinator duties on site. - To be the principal focal point and driving force for the technical aspects of SHES performance. - Actively monitors the day-to-day implementation and effectiveness of the SHES management system. - Interfaces with the LTA and Statutory Authorities regarding SHES issues.

- Manages the independent internal audits of the SHES management system. - Advises person in charge at the site on SHES measures to be taken. - Assists Construction Manager to review SHES Risk Assessments. - Inspects the site personally to make sure SHES work procedures are implemented. - Ensures SHES Management System is properly implemented. - Monitors the use and effectiveness of the JHA for ongoing work activities. - Assists person in charge of investigating into any accident occurred within site and completed the relevant notifications, investigation and reporting forms. - Investigates every accident and industrial disease contracted within the site. Ensures compliance with SHES-related legal requirements and regulations. - Conducts SHES training as per program. - Handles training needs for staff, draw up a training plan. - Performs roles by Workplace Safety and Health Act-2006. - Ensures that SHES Policy and procedures/processes are established, implemented and maintained. - Plans and conducts SHES Management Review meeting to review and report on the performance of the SHES system and any need for improvements. - Coordinates the preparation of SHES documents. - Coordinates the SHES reporting system. - Coordinate SHES internal and external audit. - Develop and manage the implementation of SHES awareness campaigns and promotions. - Manage the implementation of the SHES warnings and fines system. - Manage the Project SHES Awards Scheme. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the SHES staff. - Manage the collection and analysis of data relating to SHES performance. - Conducting monthly SHES Committee meeting. - Conducting Emergency drills to test the system.

Experience required
- Minimum 6 Years of experience required work LTA New green filed projects and LTA/SMRT A and A Project at brown filed at engineering hours.
- Minimum 4 Years of experience required work at Solar projects which is HDB roof Top, School roof, Commercial roof projects. HOT sunlight environment
- Minimum 6 Years of experience required work Condominium (new) , HDB upgrading and NEW BTO projects. HOT sunlight environment
