Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) / Environmental Control Officer (ECO). The primary responsibilities include monitoring workplace safety and environmental compliance, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a safe work environment across construction projects. The role also involves performing regular inspections, managing incident investigations, and preparing accurate reports on safety and environmental matters.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and/or Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, workplace safety practices, and risk management in construction projects.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with different stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore's safety regulations, such as WSH Act, is advantageous.
