WSH & SAFETY ORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct risk assessment, hazard identification and implementation of control measures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and follow-up on corrective actions
• Coordinate safety induction, toolbox meeting and WSH training
• Maintain safety records, reports and documentation
• Support emergency preparation activities and safety drills
• Liaise with work members on safety matters

Requirements:

• Practical sites, marine shipyards, construction, logistics operation experience
• Familiar with bizSAFE, ISO and audit process
• Experience with MOM inspection, customer safety audit, contractor safety requirement
• Willing to go around, vessel, pier, shipyard and sites
• Able to speak and actively engage with the ground workers
• Able to use basic digital tools - Excel, Google Drive, Portal, Forms, Photos and checklists
• Experience in creating safety matrix, monthly WSH report and corrective action tracker
