Participate in the development of Safety & Health (S&H) policies, practices, and procedures across the Company's operations, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
Develop, implement, and review Company S&H procedures and programs.
Monitor new legislation relating to safety and health standards, and facilitate timely updates or changes to Company practices.
Liaise with relevant authorities (MOM, NEA, PUB, etc.) on all Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) matters.
Lead and guide location safety personnel on WSH programs, practices, and compliance requirements.
Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.
Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans for Company sites.
Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control activities.
Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
Ensure compliance with all legal and other applicable WSH requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture and safe practices across all work activities.
Requirements
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
Possession of Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) qualification will be an added advantage.
