WSH Officer - LTA/SP Projects

Job Scope

• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks

• Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures and work instructions

• Delivering safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel

• Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions

• Liaising with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations

• Monitoring and reporting on key safety performance indicators

• Promoting a positive safety culture through active engagement with the workforce

Requirements

• Experience as a WSH Officer in LTA or SP Groups Projects.

• Strong working knowledge of WSH legislation.

• Proficient in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety controls

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with workers at all levels

• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant WSH certifications such as WSHO
