  • Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and WSH training for employees and subcontractors.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, LTA, HDB, and relevant authorities on WSH matters.
  • Maintain WSH records, safety statistics, and prepare weekly/monthly safety reports.
  • Support safety audits, emergency drills, and ensure compliance with MOM, LTA, and HDB requirements.


Requirements

  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore.
  • Possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA, HDB, or construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and incident investigation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preparation of safety reports and documentation.
