WSH Officer

Responsibilities:

. Support WSH Manager in developing, implementing and managing the company's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management system and programs.

. Implement and oversee the project-specific SHE management system and programs in alignment with corporate procedures.

. Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing safety-related issues at the site.

. Coordinate emergency response actions during accidents or incidents.

. Conduct accident and incident investigations to identify causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

. Promote a positive safety culture through effective communication with employees on safety matters.

. Conduct audits, lead safety training and drills.

. Provide professional adviceand consultancy to the project team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

. Possess Specialist Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in the related field.

. Registered WSH Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and registered ECO with NEA.

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, structural or M&E projects.

. Registration as an SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is highly preferred.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
