WSH Coordinator

Primary Responsibility: Coordination and implementation of workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site.

Job Scope:

. Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.

. Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.

. Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.

. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.

. Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

. Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.

. Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.

. Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation.

. Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters.

. Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements.

Requirements:

. Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.

. Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.

. HDB project experience is preferred.

. This position will be based/located at the construction site.
