• Oversee site activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Address instances of non-compliance and provide actionable safety guidance to site teams.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures, safety inductions, and routine drills.

• Gather data on safety performance and assist with incident investigation reporting.

• Monitor operational risks across various departments and facilitate health and safety initiatives.

skills and experience required.

• Valid certification in Supervising or Assessing Confined Space operations.

• Prior experience managing workplace safety and health protocols in industrial settings.

• Strong communication skills to effectively handle safety orientations and counsel teams on compliance.

• Ability to work a 6-day workweek schedule.

• Practical understanding of emergency preparedness plans and incident reporting procedures.
