Coordinate with management, auditors, clients, and government authorities on safety inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent qualification in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Possess a valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator) or equivalent MOM-recognized qualification. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a precast factory, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, WSH Regulations, Risk Assessment (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
Experience in conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, safety training, and compliance audits.
Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills, with the ability to work effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
