Roles & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Safety Manager and assist in executing the company's HSE management system on-site.
- Support leadership in all safety-related areas, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate HSE policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, implement corrective measures, and ensure timely incident reporting.
- Oversee all HSE-related activities, including enforcement of safety regulations, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE documentation, reports, communications, and ensure readiness for ISO audits.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management updates.
Job requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification Engineering background is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally within LTA projects.
- Prior exposure to civil road works and heavy lifting operations is essential.
- Holder of Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B).
- Certified in Manage Work at Height and Confined Space Assessor courses.
